What do they mean? 

Commercial surrogacy- This means that the it can be either Altruistic or the parents who ask for the surrogate can pay her for carrying the child. 

Altruistic- The surrogate can not be paied to carry the child, she may only be paied for the medical appointments, travel & other. 

Banned- Surrogacy may not be practised in any sort of way.

Uncertain- There is no law for surrogacy.
