Normally all surrogate mothers should apply to an agency. To apply to this agency they have to sign up and have to answer a sruvey. They have to answer survey's because the agency has to be able to tell if this woman will be ready for the experience and ready for the adventure. Being a surrogate is not easy because you have to be emotionaly ready and this is why 90% of the woman who sign up a Circle surrogacy are not excepted because of their background. The agency will then propose surrogate mothers to the couple and they may choose which one they would prefer carrying their child. The agency then tells the mother that she has different choices of who she wants to help and only she will choose the couple she wants to work with. Then when the surrogate mother has chosen a client they get to meet and 

get to know eachother. They talk alot about what the couple wants and what the surrogate mothers want to have during this experience. They both express what they both wish during the 10 months to come. 10 months because they first have to start by knowing eachother and then they can continue with the process. The best match equals the best team effort.
