There is also a surrogate support group attendance fee of $1.200 this is for the surrogate mother to attend the support group. Then there is an embryo transfer fee, it will be $500 for the first injection and then $500 per day of embryo transfer. At the third trimester the client has to pay the maternity clothes for the surrogate mother, this is a fee of about $1.000. If a cesarean is chosen then the client has to pay $2.500 and there is also a possible insurance up to $32.500, this is to insure that the surrogate mother will have medical insurance to cover from beginning to end. The life insurance for the surrogate mother is of $595 incase of the surrogate’s death. There is a psychological screening to make sure that the surrogate mother is ready and prepared for what she is doing; this is a fee of $1000.
