Problem with International surrogacy
There was not long ago a story about a gay couple who went to Thailand to get surrogate mother to have twins. When the twins came to the world, the baby boy had down syndrome and the baby girl was fine. The couple took the baby grl and left the baby boy behind, to the surrogate mother and they went back to Australia. Because of their action, the Thailand government is questioning if surrogacy should still be legal or not. This has a major effect on still occruing surrogacy contracts.
